UK Government Sets Final Limits on Waste to Landfill

For the first time ever local authorities across England have been set limits on the amount of biodegradable municipal waste they can dispose of in landfill sites in advance of the commencement of the LATS (Landfill Allowance Trading Scheme) on 1st April.
